AGGEM Cameroon was founded in 2009 as self-motivated group of individuals and organisations dedicated to influencing policies aimed at safeguarding the environment and promoting sustainable development. AGGEM’s mission is to engage with households, community groups and businesses and harnessing their potentials to build sustainable communities. Focus of AGGEM’s work is on self-help, community driven interventions for greater environmental stewardship, job creation and youth entrepreneurship. We initiate and take the lead in processes that enhance good governance through collaboration and building of synergies with other development partners locally, nationally and internationally that contribute to the sustainable development.

AGGEM's team comprises of environmentalist, geographers, geologists, economists, planners and journalist with hands on experience on different sustainable development themes. The team is highly commited to procactively discovering, developing, shaping and delivering innovative responses to current and emerging sustainable development issues. We focus on teamwork and high performance.
Team members are pracademics from world renown institutions and bodies and have grassroot legitimacy.
Our multidisciplinary team has hands on experience in the different areas of our work. We have a strong interest in putting our clients and targets on the driver's seat while facilitating processes that enable them to own their development processes.
